Our Story

Delta Community Support was founded to address the growing need for high-quality, person-centred NDIS disability support in Queensland. What began as a small team of dedicated support workers in Brisbane has grown into a trusted provider serving participants across South East Queensland and into Victoria.

From the outset, our goal has been simple: put participants first. We recognised that too many NDIS providers were delivering one-size-fits-all services that failed to account for the unique goals, preferences and circumstances of each individual. Delta Community Support was built on the belief that every participant deserves support that is tailored to their needs and delivered with genuine care.

Over the years, we have expanded our reach from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Melbourne, bringing our commitment to excellence to more communities. Our growth has been driven not by rapid scaling, but by the trust we have earned from participants, their families, support coordinators and plan managers who have seen the difference our approach makes in people's lives.

Our Team

At the heart of Delta Community Support is a team of experienced, passionate disability support workers who are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of the people they support. Our team members come from diverse professional backgrounds, bringing a broad range of skills, life experience and cultural perspectives to their work.

Every member of our team is trained to meet the NDIS Practice Standards and participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with best-practice approaches in disability support. We invest in our people because we know that the quality of our support is only as strong as the individuals delivering it. From NDIS Worker Screening Checks and mandatory certifications to specialised training in complex support needs, we ensure our team is equipped to provide safe, effective and compassionate care.

Delta Community Support is a registered NDIS provider (Provider #4050018246). This means we have met the rigorous requirements set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, including independent quality audits, compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, and mandatory NDIS Worker Screening Checks for all staff.

Our registration gives participants and their families confidence that our services are safe, high-quality and delivered in accordance with the expectations of the NDIS framework. We are subject to ongoing oversight, complaint handling processes and incident reporting requirements that protect the rights and wellbeing of every participant we support.
