We pay in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award, with penalty rates for weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Roles We Recruit For
Disability Support Workers
Provide hands-on support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities. Assist with daily living, personal care, meal preparation and community participation.
Team Leaders
Lead and mentor a team of support workers. Coordinate services, manage rosters and ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support aligned with their goals.
SIL House Supervisors
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Supported Independent Living houses. Manage staff, maintain compliance and ensure participants' wellbeing and safety.
Community Access Workers
Support participants to engage with their communities through social activities, recreational outings, employment support and skill-building experiences.
What We Look For
We seek team members who share our values and are committed to delivering person-centred support. The following are essential or highly desirable for most roles:
- A genuine passion for disability support and empowering individuals to achieve their goals
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or a related field (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working With Children Check (Blue Card in QLD or WWCC in VIC)
- Strong communication skills, reliability and a team-oriented approach
