About Our Brisbane Services
Delta Community Support is headquartered in Geebung, in Brisbane's northside. Our local team delivers NDIS support across the greater Brisbane region and South East Queensland. We understand the Brisbane community and are committed to providing culturally appropriate, person-centred support that helps participants achieve their goals and live independently.
As a registered NDIS provider, we work closely with participants, their families, support coordinators and plan managers to ensure every support plan is delivered with care and professionalism. Our Brisbane-based staff live and work in the communities they serve, giving them first-hand knowledge of local services, facilities and opportunities available to participants.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our SIL homes across Brisbane's north and south provide 24/7 support for participants who want to live independently. We match participants with compatible housemates and deliver personalised daily living assistance in safe, comfortable shared homes throughout the greater Brisbane area.
In-Home Support
From Geebung to the Gold Coast, our support workers visit participants in their own homes to assist with daily tasks including personal care, meal preparation, household chores and medication management. Flexible scheduling means support when you need it — mornings, evenings, weekends or overnight.
Community Access
Brisbane has so much to offer — from South Bank parklands to local sports clubs and community centres. Our community access programs help participants build social connections, develop life skills and engage with their local Brisbane community through meaningful activities and outings.
Transport
Getting around South East Queensland can be challenging. Our transport services take participants to medical appointments, therapy sessions, social activities and community events across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan. Reliable, safe and always on time.
